Understand the workout
Finish all hang power snatches before the push presses, then complete the high pulls and front squats. The four blocks total 400 repetitions, not four rounds of a shorter circuit.
Pacing and preparation
Use planned sets and a load suited to the entire sequence. Check grip and overhead control before timing the task and scale volume as well as load when needed.
Record the result
Record elapsed time through the final valid repetition, including transitions and prescribed rest. If the task has a cap and remains unfinished, record completed work using its scoring convention.
Adapt the task
Choose loads, repetitions, distances and movement variations before starting. Rehearse the selected version during a progressive warm-up. Record each change beside your score so a later retest repeats the same task.
