Understand the workout
Each round includes a maximum unbroken set of both movements, with rest as needed between rounds. The snatch load is 75{9e0c687fb00ed53a837e10cf9b5fb4132a20cacbb2b3d1bc8caf74d397cbf09c} of bodyweight. This is a repetition test, not a race for the shortest finishing time.
Pacing and preparation
Define an unbroken set and the handstand push-up standard before starting. Record both movement counts for each round, the actual barbell load and the rest taken.
Record the result
Record the completed repetitions for each movement and round. Keep the unbroken-set standard and rest conditions consistent. This is a repetition test, so elapsed time alone does not describe the result.
Adapt the task
Choose loads, repetitions, distances and movement variations before starting. Rehearse the selected version during a progressive warm-up. Record each change beside your score so a later retest repeats the same task.
