Understand the workout
Start with 20 push-ups and one sit-up. Decrease push-ups by one and increase sit-ups by one each round until one push-up and 20 sit-ups. Every round totals 21 repetitions; the complete task has 210 of each movement.
Pacing and preparation
The absence of equipment does not make 420 repetitions an introductory workload. Reduce the volume or choose suitable variations before starting and track the round number visibly.
Record the result
Record elapsed time through the final valid repetition, including transitions and prescribed rest. If the task has a cap and remains unfinished, record completed work using its scoring convention.
Adapt the task
Choose loads, repetitions, distances and movement variations before starting. Rehearse the selected version during a progressive warm-up. Record each change beside your score so a later retest repeats the same task.
