Movements

Understand the workout

Cycle through eight air squats, four knee push-ups and ten total shoulder taps. One tap counts as one repetition. This is an editorial Wodball session, not an official CrossFit benchmark.

Pacing and preparation

Use a clear floor area and keep the plank position controlled during the taps. Choose a suitable push-up variation and record it. A controlled pace is part of the session’s intent.

Record the result

Record completed rounds and additional work when the clock ends, using the convention stated by the workout or competition scorecard. Do not count an unfinished round as complete.

Adapt the task

Choose loads, repetitions, distances and movement variations before starting. Rehearse the selected version during a progressive warm-up. Record each change beside your score so a later retest repeats the same task.
