Understand the workout
Establish a one-repetition maximum in each lift in either order. The score is the sum of the two best valid loads, within the stated 20-minute window.
Pacing and preparation
Plan your attempts and loading changes without treating every warm-up as a maximum. Follow the official scorecard for permitted attempts, execution and submission requirements.
Record the result
Record the best valid front-squat load and hang-power-clean load separately, then their sum. Keep the unit consistent and retain the original attempt record.
Adapt the task
Choose loads, repetitions, distances and movement variations before starting. Rehearse the selected version during a progressive warm-up. Record each change beside your score so a later retest repeats the same task.
