Objective and score
Complete three rounds of 10 deadlifts, 15 pull-ups, 20 wall balls and 25 sit-ups. Record the time when the final valid sit-up is completed. The haunted-house story treats each exercise as a themed station without adding obstacles to the movement area.
Establish the prescription
The original selection does not fix deadlift or wall-ball load, target height, pulling variation or a time cap. Agree these details before starting. Record the chosen version rather than claiming a universal RX prescription that the outline does not provide.
Manage the cumulative work
Three rounds total 30 deadlifts, 45 pull-ups, 60 wall balls and 75 sit-ups. Choose sets that preserve grip, trunk control and movement quality across the whole session. A load comfortable for ten fresh deadlifts may feel different after the other stations.
Movement preparation
Practise a controlled deadlift setup and return, your chosen pulling variation, the wall-ball squat and throw, and the sit-up range. Keep the bar, pull-up station and ball area arranged so transitions do not cross another athlete’s working space.
Scaling options
Adjust loads, repetition counts or movement variants with your coach. Assisted pulling or ring rows can provide a different pulling task, but are not automatic one-to-one equivalents. Match the adaptation to the intended session and keep it consistent.
Theme and context
Use decorations outside equipment and landing zones, with enough light for every movement. This is a Wodball Halloween workout rather than an official named CrossFit benchmark. The story supports the atmosphere; the programme and chosen standards define the training.
