Check the exact Toulouse edition

A destination article is not a current race announcement. Use the official HYROX directory to confirm the edition, venue and category you intend to enter before booking travel.

Keep your registration confirmation and follow the organiser's latest athlete information. A city name and an older article do not establish current dates or availability.

Understand the prescribed task

The standard HYROX race alternates eight 1 km runs with eight workout stations. Different divisions organise loads and work-sharing differently. That is distinct from an individually adapted class.

Read our station guide and division article. A first-time participant can use the beginner guide to identify questions before entering.

Prepare unfamiliar movements first

Separate learning a station movement from performing it under fatigue. Practise with suitable instruction and loads, then introduce controlled running transitions.

Use the training guide to organise a manageable week. You do not need to recreate the full race in every session to make progress.

Organise arrival and the team

Plan the final journey to the athlete entrance, allowing time to find the hall and complete arrival procedures. Arriving in Toulouse is not the same as being ready to start.

Agree meeting points, kit responsibilities and spectator arrangements. Check facility information directly rather than assuming the rules of another venue apply.

Enjoy the city separately

The French guide highlights Toulouse's history and food as reasons to combine an event with a city visit. Those references are destination context, not a competition route description.

Plan other activities around the actual venue, start time and transport. Do not assume landmarks mentioned in a guide are part of the course or nearby.

Explore other French destinations

Compare Nice, Marseille and Bordeaux through the France hub. Verify each edition independently.

The finishing-time guide explains how to review a result in the context of the category and splits you actually completed.
